This 2012 build honours the red brick of federation and adheres to its Victorian terrace context whilst exploring a modern twist. It won five design awards between 2012-2014 for its striking architecture and the high standard of its finishes. The slanting Zinc roof is an exceptional element to this house and a unique installation. The Zinc panels, installed using a standing seam profile, are in VM Zinc colour Anthra and are each slightly tapered at the ridge of the roof to conform to the slant and taper of the roof itself. A standing Seam profile has been used to achieve the intricate designs evident in the roof.
