This project is, without a doubt, the most unique project Design Cladding Sytems has ever worked on. Situated in Port Melbourne, this building stands tall and can't help but attract attention. DCS installed the green frames surrounding the windows. The panels are aluminium composite, a material that is considered non-combustible and compliant under the National Construction Code. This applies more so to high-rise buildings but is still a great idea for low-rise, domestics buildings as well. This building was designed by architect Howard Raggatt and featured on Grand Designs Australia. It has certainly been the subject of many a conversation since its completion in 2014.
